As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to share my thoughts about what 2026 may have in store for investors. 2025 was a breakout year for precious metals, while equities also enjoyed double-digit gains.

Harvest or collect information about Site visitors or members without their express consent; or
Permit anyone else whose account or subscription was terminated or who has not registered or paid for our content to use any portion of the Site through your subscription, username or password.

While using the Site you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Termination. This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Nicoya Research LLC may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the Sites or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without cause.

Refund Policy. While you can cancel at any time to prevent future billings, subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. We do not give pro-rated refunds after renewals. We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our research, simply let us know within the first 30 days and we’ll refund your membership fee, minus a $95 “tire kicker” fee. Our research costs considerable time and money to produce, so this provides a measure of protection and helps attract high-quality members interested in long-term relationships.

When you subscribe, you’ll take advantage of our convenient automatic payment plan. We’ll automatically charge your credit card or PayPal account each month, unless you contact us to cancel. You can cancel at any time to end payments. A credit card or PayPal account is required if you are singing up for a trial. At the completion of the trial period, your credit card (or Paypal) will be billed at the regular subscription rate unless you notify us to cancel your subscription. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). Wherever the agreement refers to “you” or “your”, it means “the Affiliate.” The terms “we”, “our”, and “us” throughout this user agreement refers to Nicoya Research LLC, the company that has created the products. By signing up and utilizing the Nicoya Research affiliate program, you indicate Your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the nicoyaresearch.com or goldstockbull.com Service as an Affiliate.

Payment

Nicoya Research LLC will send payment via check or online payment for the applicable commissions on or about the 1st of the month when your balance exceeds $200. The referred customer must remain a member for at least 30 days and not request a refund in order to get credited the referral commission. If an order is canceled by the customer or if there are any returned checks or chargebacks, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly payment, including any fees. If a user requests a refund, this affiliate commission will be deducted from the amount owed.

The default affiliate payment percentage is 35%, unless otherwise noted. The affiliate relationship lasts 364 days. In other words, affiliates are paid a percentage of all revenues that come in from people they refer for one year, but not for renewals beyond the first year. Qualifying Sites Nicoya Research and Gold Stock Bull reserve the right NOT to accept any site into the Affiliate Program based on site content. All sites will be reviewed and sites on certain topics will not be permitted. Nicoya Research LLC reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any person or organization at any time for any reason, or no reason at all. Any Affiliate that engages spam or in promoting prohibited products or services in connection with their site in any way shall have their affiliate contract terminated and could lose any or all affiliate commissions due to them. The site owner also shall be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result as a consequence. Relationship of Parties Nicoya Research LLC and the affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
